Insurance Clients

You will pay out-of-pocket at the time of service. I’ll provide you with a receipt/superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I am not able to guarantee reimbursement, however, you can check with your specific insurance provider by asking about lactation coverage before booking. (In the past, I found Google and Meta offer 100% coverage for in-home lactation support for their employees.) Sliding Scale

Sliding scale for self-pay clients may be available if you or your partner meet one of these qualifications: on WIC, on Medicaid, unemployed, or essential worker. Please text me to request a sliding scale refund after booking.
